L’OMHM procède à une procédure ouverte publique pour la réfection des toitures à la Maison Roland-Bouchard située au 1500, rue Elizabeth à Montréal, dans l’arrondissement Saint-Laurent. Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels, incluant le remplacement des systèmes de toitures existants du type bitume multicouche gravier par un nouveau système de membrane élastomère blanche. Les travaux seront réalisés dans un immeuble de quatre étages abritant 48 logements pour personnes aînées, avec un parc de stationnement extérieur de 8 espaces. Les logements seront occupés durant les travaux, qui doivent être exécutés dans un délai maximal de 90 jours ouvrables à partir de la date confirmée du début des travaux.
