The City of Lavaltrie is requesting bids for the acquisition and installation of air conditioning equipment and generators at the City Hall and municipal garage. Bids must be submitted on a unit and lump sum basis according to the items listed in the price schedule. Only suppliers or contractors with an establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement are authorized to bid. Site visits are mandatory and must be conducted individually between May 1 and May 19, 2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by May 27, 2026, and include a bid bond of at least 10% of the total bid amount valid for 60 days from bid opening.
