Description
This solicitation aims to provide authorized users with options to acquire Photovoltaic Systems, Photovoltaic Services, Solar VDER Subscriptions, and Solar Power Purchase Agreements through multiple award back-drop contracts. Bidders may bid on any number of the four lots offered. Contracts will be awarded to all responsive and responsible bidders meeting minimum requirements and offering reasonable prices. The contracts are separate from New York State's Public Power for Public Entities initiative and include options for purchasing Renewable Energy Certificates and forgoing payment for Environmental Value if requested by authorized users.
