This Request for Bid (RFB) is for providing legal process services on a statewide and out of state basis for Rockland County. The contract will be used by various agencies within Rockland County. The successful bidder must have knowledge of New York Law service of process provisions including Civil Practice Law and Rules, Surrogate’s Court Procedure Act, Family Court Act, Mental Hygiene Law, Social Services Law, Real Property Tax Law, Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, and Estates, Powers and Trust Law. The contract term is six months with two six-month options. Vendors must obtain official bidding documents from BidNet Direct to ensure receipt of all attachments and addenda.
