Description
The State University of New York at Stony Brook is soliciting proposals for all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to renovate the existing warehouse space and add a 3900 square foot new construction at the Stony Brook campus. The project requires adherence to a Project Labor Agreement promoting bidding from all contractors, union and non-union. Work must be completed within 500 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 14, 2026, and questions must be submitted by May 21, 2026.
