The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking bids for a three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to perform gas piping inspections at NYCHA developments throughout New York City. - Government Buyer: - New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), Supply Management Procurement Department - Scope of Work: - Inspection of interior exposed gas piping from building entry points, including service meters up to individual tenant spaces - Work must comply with NYC Local Law 152 - Applies to all NYCHA developments citywide with more than two dwelling units - Services will be assigned on a cycle based on Community Boards within each borough - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Bidders must be pre-qualified on NYCHA’s Plumbing Services Pre-Qualified List (PQL) - Notable Requirements: - 100% bid security and payment & performance bonds required - Electronic bid submission via NYCHA’s iSupplier system - Compliance with Section 3 Resident Economic Opportunity and Other Economic Opportunity Plans - Non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference available - Period of Performance: - Three-year contract term, with work assigned as needed during the period - Places of Performance: - All NYCHA developments citywide (New York City) - NYCHA Procurement Department, 90 Church Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10007

Description

This solicitation is for an IDIQ contract to perform inspections of interior exposed gas piping from the entry point into buildings, including service meters up to tenant spaces, at various NYCHA developments citywide.
