Description
This solicitation is for furnishing and delivering 40,000 pounds of granular Sodium Hexametaphosphate in 50 lb. bags to the Village of Hempstead. The deliveries are to be made in four separate shipments as needed within the fiscal year June 2026 to May 2027. A lift gate truck is required for delivery to Clinton Street. Bidders must submit sealed bids by May 14, 2026, to the Village office in Hempstead, New York. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Village.
