Description

Upstate Medical University intends to make an award under discretionary authority for 15 units of 6 Cage Rabbit Racks with Socialization pursuant to New York State Education Law §355(5)(a). This law authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances, including purchases from NYS small businesses and businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law.
