Description
The Gateway Development Commission (GDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to provide comprehensive legal services in support of the Commission and the Hudson Tunnel Project. The services sought include litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labor negotiations, environmental (NEPA support), financial advice, bond counsel and lender litigation, and Disadvantaged and Small Business matters.
