The Salt Lake City Department of Airports is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade their Universal Passenger Processing System (UPPS) and Common Use Self-Service (CUSS) Kiosk solution. The selected vendor must provide a CUPPS-compliant or functionally equivalent UPPS solution, compliant with International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards. The project includes software replacement, implementation services, integration, testing, training, and ongoing maintenance. Vendors may propose on the UPPS portion, the CUSS portion, or both, with a preference for a cloud-based SaaS solution but alternative hosting models are acceptable if they meet requirements.
