The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia intends to advertise for program management and design professional services for state-funded major capital projects in FY2026-A and FY2027. The procurement will use a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process to select firms for these projects, which will be solicited as a cohort. Firms may only be selected for one project in the cohort.
