The FBI Laboratory Division at Quantico, Virginia, is seeking to renew a sole source service contract for maintenance and emergency support of eight Vertiv Liebert chillers in its unclassified server room. - Requirement covers 6 Vertiv Liebert CRV30 units and 2 CRV40 units - Chillers are critical for cooling high-density computing racks - Services include semi-annual preventative maintenance and emergency support - Work must be performed by Vertiv-certified technicians due to proprietary equipment and manufacturer requirements - Estimated contract value is $30,885.60 for coverage through April 11, 2027 - Sole source justification is based on Vertiv's proprietary equipment and authorized service requirements - No competitive proposals are being solicited unless evidence is provided that competition would benefit the government - Place of performance is the FBI Laboratory at Quantico, Virginia - Contracting office is located at FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC

This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due by 11:00 am ET on Tuesday 28 April 2026 .
