Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC), on behalf of the Department of War?s (DoW) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) and Enterprise Agreement Services (EAS) program, requires continued development, maintenance, and support for the DoW ESI website (www.esi.mil) to sustain operational efficiency, accessibility, and modernization of the platform. ESI.mil is pivotal in centralizing and streamlining enterprise Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) IT procurement activities while adhering to cybersecurity and federal compliance mandates. The initial public-facing website and internal Content Management System (CMS), which were developed as Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), are operational.
