Description
This solicitation is for the renovation of the 4th and 7th floors of the Skyline Center in Wilmington, NC. The scope includes constructing a non-fire-rated exit access corridor and tenant demising walls on Level Seven to isolate new tenant suites from common core elements and adjoining tenant spaces. The project involves subdividing the open office floor plate into multiple offices and support spaces across three tenant suites on Levels Four and Seven. The work includes installation of metal framed gypsum demising walls with doors and windows, ceiling and carpet demolition and repair, and relocation of ceiling devices as per mechanical, electrical, and fire protection drawings. Additional alternates include office suite upfits and additional demising walls.
