The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG), under the Department of Defense and Department of the Army, is seeking small business contractors to provide meal delivery services for training events at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania. - Government Buyer: - New York Army National Guard (NYARNG), U.S. Army - Offices include W7NR USPFO Activity NY ARNG and REG II CBRN Task Force (102 MP) - Products/Services Requested: - Meal delivery services for breakfast and dinner - 2,270 breakfast meals (bulk tray, except individually packaged on one day) - 2,270 dinner meals (bulk tray) - Total: 4,540 meals - Menu includes a wide variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner items (e.g., eggs, bacon, pancakes, beef stew, chicken stir fry, roast turkey, pasta, salads, fruit, beverages) - Bagged lunch options and holiday meals are also described in the broader menu requirements - Dietary and Service Requirements: - Accommodations for Halal (20 per meal), Kosher, Vegetarian (7), Seafood Allergy (5), and Peanut Allergy (2) per meal - Meals must comply with Army nutritional standards (AR 40-25) and federal food safety regulations - Timely delivery required: meals must arrive no later than 15 minutes before scheduled feeding times - Serving utensils and condiments must be provided - Food must be properly labeled and packaged (bulk trays or individually packaged as specified) - Notable Requirements: - Set aside for small businesses registered in SAM.gov - Firm fixed price contract under NAICS code 722310 (Food Service Contractors) - Contractor must comply with installation access and conduct rules - No specific OEMs or commercial food manufacturers are named; procurement is for commercial meal services.

Please Note: Per the attached Feeding Schedule, Breakfast on 2JUN is Individually Packaged Meals. All other meals are to be Bulk Tray

Delivery Location: Fort Indiantown Gap, Bldg. 12-48, Susquehanna Ave, Grantville, PA 17028 Required Start Date: 28MAY Meal Drop off Time: 15 Minutes prior to the start of mealtimes (as indicated on the Feeder schedule attached) Type of Meal: Bulk Tray (Breakfast 2JUN is Individually Packaged Meals) Additional Notes: Dietary Restrictions as follows: SEE FEEDER SCHEDULE 

Halal- 20 Vegetarian- 7 Seafood Allergy- 5 Peanut Allergy- 2 Dietary Restrictions apply to all meals Meals to be delivered NLT 15 min prior to scheduled feeding times. All meals should be provided in bulk trays, unless specified as individually packaged, with serving utensils for the unit to easily distribute to all Soldiers at training sites.

ATTACHED: Feeding Schedule, NYARNG 21 Day Menu, SOW Meal Drop off, and RFQ.

The NYARNG intends to award to a small business with an active registration in SAM.gov, able to receive federal contracts, and who offers the lowest price for meals required in accordance with the attached NYARNG 21 Day Menus contract and SOW. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF. All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration. Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the SOW.
