The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane), under the U.S. Navy and NAVSEA Warfare Center, is soliciting fixed-price headspace gauges for multiple calibers under a total small business set-aside. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) - Products Requested: - Headspace gauges for the following calibers: - 300 AAC Blackout (GO and NO GO) - 5.56mm NATO - 7.62x39mm - 6.5 Creedmoor - 7.62x51 NATO - 300 Norma Magnum - 338 Norma Magnum - Each gauge must meet SAAMI/NATO specifications and include certification and CAD drawings - Shipping services for the gauges - Quantities: - 1 unit of each gauge type (total of 8 gauges) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All gauges must comply with detailed technical specifications and drawings - Certification and CAD drawings are required for each gauge - Past performance will be evaluated via SPRS - Minimum order value is $2 million - Five-year ordering period with 10-week delivery lead time per item - Small business set-aside - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified small businesses able to meet specifications - Place of Performance/Delivery: - NSWC Crane, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for multiple headspace gauges manufactured In Accordance With (IAW) Specification.

The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a total small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.104-1. The Delivery required is FOB Destination.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling     1- 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12.201-1.  This action serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.202(b).

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/ . It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
