Description

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to GOLDEN ALTOS CORPORATION (CAGE 065N4, 44061 Old Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont, California 94538-6158). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: (1) Package Material (28 QFN with lid), Qty. 50, (2) Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) for Test Socket Cost for 28 QFN (Up to 40GHz RF sockets), Qty. 20, (3) Assembly - Engineering Build (Engineering assembly process Includes 2nd optical (High Power), Die Attach (H-20), Wire Bond (1 mil gold wire), 3rd optical (Low Power), Epoxy lid attach., Single Mark (Top), Qty. 50, (3) Bond Setup Fee, Qty. 1, (4) Shipping (Ground), Qty. 1.

This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.

Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the size standard is 750.
