The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Tobyhanna Army Depot is seeking information from industry regarding a mobile crane solution for depot operations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Tobyhanna Army Depot - Products/Services Requested: - Mobile crane system with: - Minimum 75-ton load capacity - Minimum 60-ft boom - Outdoor suitability, high mobility, precision controls, operator programmable electronic controllers, and advanced safety features - Designed for handling large C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) systems and assemblies - Optional protective storage structures: - Metal buildings, semi-permanent tensioned fabric, or mobile/temporary structures - Must meet specified dimensions, environmental ratings, installation, and portability requirements - Services: - Maintenance and support services, including recommended maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, maintenance contracts, and training for depot personnel - Turnkey system integration, commissioning, and after-sales support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Crane must be suitable for outdoor use and capable of handling large, sensitive C4ISR equipment - Vendors are encouraged to propose complete, turnkey solutions including installation, training, and ongoing support - Optional storage solutions must address environmental protection and portability - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are named in the solicitation - All technical and performance requirements are detailed in the RFI attachment
