The Department of Veterans Affairs is awarding a contract for data analytics services to support workforce training and development under SBIR Phase III. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Veterans Health Administration (VHA) - Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) - Technology Acquisition Center NJ (contracting office) - Scope of Work: - Data scientist and analyst support for building data models, conducting analyses, and producing visualizations - Human performance assessments using the HPA framework developed under SBIR N092-150 - Data science and analysis capabilities, including AI/ML and large language models (LLMs) - Data visualization and management using Power BI and Python - Project management and monthly reporting - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on compliance with VA security, privacy, and trustworthy AI principles - Collaboration with ILEAD and VHA stakeholders - Annual reporting on use of SBIR N092-150 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the notice or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - No physical products or part numbers specified; all requirements are for professional services - Period of Performance: - Base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods (up to 60 months total) - Locations: - Primary contracting office: Technology Acquisition Center NJ, Eatontown, NJ - Place of performance: North Little Rock, AR - Additional delivery locations: Benton, AR and Long Beach, CA

Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award the subject effort to LMI Consulting LLC on a sole source basis through SBIR Phase III. This decision is pending completion of final contract negotiations and does not constitute a contract at this time.
