GOOSENECK DESIGN - HRG (Hydraulic Removable Gooseneck); LOADED 5thWHEEL HT - 50in; SWING RADIUS - no more than 110in with alternate at 98in;SUPPORT CYLINDER - Hydraulically operated; POWER PACKAGE and PTO - Honda(or equivalent) gas engine mounted in base section with controls on side of gooseneck with additional connections for PTO; Pony motor engine cover; GOOSENECK LOCKS - at least four pair for at least 2in below road clearance without shim and additional 0in, 2in,4in, 6in with shim; ELECTRICAL CONNECTION - Seven (7) pin style connector; DECK- Four beam design with at least 26ft (25.5ft clear) in length, 8.5ft max width, minimum 8in loaded road clearance, loaded deck height 24in; FLOORING - apitong, secured with deck screws, no lumber between main beams; OUTRIGGERS - 12in swing and removable with double hook; GOOSENECK/DECKCONNECTION - Horizontal pin and plate with remote lock; DECK and REAR BRIDGE CONNECTION - Fixed/welded; RAMPS - Heavy duty, front folding, 42in maximum, and must have traction bars; SLOPE FRONT OF DECKTOP DOWN - Smooth plate with traction bars; REAR BRIDGE - Max Ht 42in; REARBRIDGE CENTER SECTION - Boom well with cross members recessed and bucket pan; WIDE CENTER BOLSTER - With flag holder and chain slots; AXLES - Three (3) with 25,000lb capacity each and must have air lift on third axle; SUSPENSION - Air suspension; BRAKES - Air actuated with spring brakes on at least one axle; WHEELS - Ten (10) stud steel disc hub piloted system with oil seals; TIRES- Twelve (12) each 255/70R22.5; FENDERS - 1/4in floor plate over tires only; LIGHTS and WIRING - 12VLED including mid-turn lights, license plate light, two (2) strobe at rear with switch; battery pack with switch in order to flash strobes and lights when gooseneck is disconnected; PAINT - Black; LASH RINGS/SECURING - At least 8 bent-style rings each side of deck and 1 each side of rear bridge main beams; ADDITIONAL - At least one (1) pair of 3/4in ID flag holders at front of deck and rear of axle 3; 55 ton capacity in 16ft section; Tool box built-in; 2-Position removable king pin; Single wheel removable covers.
