The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is soliciting proposals for the construction of a B-21 Radio Frequency (RF) Hangar Facility at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, Whiteman Resident Office - Scope of Work: - Construction of a 57,532 sq. ft. RF Hangar facility - Sitework, utilities, and pavement construction - Procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) - Construction of a Construction Free Zone (CFZ) fence, drive, and guard booth - Replacement of three intersections within the base - Lease and provision of a temporary government security trailer - Installation of a 5-Part Fuel Resistive Resinous Flooring System (in addition to a 3-Part system) - Installation of a snow melt system for hangar door tracks (including tubing, piping, boiler, pumps, power controls, and accessories) - Removal and disposal of up to 20 cubic yards of contaminated soil (Category 3) - Notable Requirements: - Strict security protocols and access control - Sustainability and quality control compliance - Detailed submittal and approval procedures - Work must be completed within 900 calendar days from notice to proceed, with options exercisable within 365 days - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Estimated contract value is between $70 million and $90 million - Place of performance is Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, with oversight by the Whiteman Resident Office, USACE

Description

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to furnishing all equipment, labor, operators, supervision/site superintendent, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily perform the repair, installation, demolition, removal/disposal, flood control, rehabilitation and/or restoration of U.S. Government lands and facilities and/or U.S. Government Sponsored work on and to structures, roads, parking lots, access areas, levees, drainage ditches, drainage features, creeks, wetlands, watersheds, shorelines, boat ramps, locks and dams infrastructure, and other construction and/or rehabilitation as specified in accordance with the contract specifications. Contract Areas and Construction Limits for the primary contract areas consist of alluvial floodplains, federal owned grounds, lock and dams, facilities, recreational sites, and watersheds in the following Missouri Counties of Ralls, Pike, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis, Franklin, Jefferson, Ste Genevieve, Perry, Cape Girardeau, Scott, and Illinois Counties of Madison, Jersey, Calhoun, Green, Pike, Scott, Cass, Morgan St. Clair, Monroe, Randolph, Jackson, Alexander, and Union. During emergency circumstances as directed by the Contracting Officer the contractor may be required to perform work within the Missouri Counties of Ralls, Pike, Lincoln, St. Charles, and Illinois Counties of Jersey, Calhoun, Green, Pike, Scott, and Cass. Specific contract areas and construction limits will be specified within each task order.
