BC Housing is seeking a Consultant to develop comprehensive documentation on Centralized vs. Decentralized Ventilation Strategies and Updates to Heat Recovery Ventilation Guidelines for Part 3 and Part 9 Buildings. The Consultant shall produce deliverables based on five work packages including a study report, two builder insight bulletins for Part 3 and Part 9 audiences, updated Heat Recovery Ventilation guides for both building parts, and educational webinars for internal and industry audiences. The work involves research, guidance publication development, and presentation delivery. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 26, 2026.
