Description

The City of Cedartown is seeking qualifications from architectural firms experienced in assisting local governments with architectural services for Federally Assisted Projects. The scope includes providing a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR), design, construction administration, and related services for projects such as a downtown streetscape project, pedestrian connectivity project, and a future phase of a performing arts center renovation. The projects may qualify for funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) and/or U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA).
