The project includes maintenance of passive park areas with brick, concrete, or hardscaped access paths, benches, seating areas, grassed areas, shrubbery, planting beds, and trees. Many parks feature monuments, fountains, or other central features, and all include an existing landscape irrigation system. The scope of work includes mowing, trimming, blowing, mulching, fertilization, debris removal, irrigation maintenance, pruning, and other tasks to maintain the parks in superior condition.
