Description

The City of Brunswick, Georgia is soliciting proposals for full-service landscape and grounds maintenance of several improved park areas and city buildings along the Newcastle Street corridor and within the downtown area. The scope includes maintenance of passive park areas, building lawns, entryways, hardscaped access paths, benches, seating areas, grassed areas, shrubbery, planting beds, and trees, including monuments and fountains in many parks. Services required include mowing, trimming, blowing, mulching, fertilization, debris removal, irrigation maintenance, pruning, and other related tasks to maintain the parks in superior condition. The contract term is 12 months starting August 1, 2026, with possible renewals for two additional years.
