The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive event services for the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program in the Des Moines, Iowa area. - Government Buyer: - Iowa Army National Guard, USPFO Iowa Purchasing & Contracting, Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center - Department of the Army, Army National Guard, Warrior and Family Services Branch - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified small businesses. - Products/Services Requested: - Lease/rental of conference space and lodging facilities - 130 non-smoking sleeping rooms with two beds each, all at the same location - General session room for 1,100 people with full AV setup, tables, chairs, and refreshment stations - Breakout room for 600 people with AV, tables, and seating - Registration and resource areas with tables and chairs - Child & youth and childcare rooms with appropriate furnishings - Meals and Catering - 1,100 adult lunch meals (hot plated or buffet style) - 51 children's lunch meals - Parking - Up to 1,350 parking passes for attendees - Event Support Services - All personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to deliver the event per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All lodging, meeting spaces, and services must be provided at a single location in the Des Moines, IA area - Contractor must ensure all rooms are non-smoking and provide specific room configurations - Meals must meet detailed menu and service requirements - Parking must accommodate all attendees, with passes provided if free parking is not available - Strict adherence to the PWS and support for a large-scale, family-oriented military event - Award will be made to the lowest-priced offer meeting all minimum requirements.

You are invited to submit a quote for the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Event in the Des Moines, IA area. This quote is to be submitted to the Iowa National Guard, USPFO—Purchasing & Contracting, located at 7105 NW 70th Avenue, Johnston, IA 50131-1824 (Bldg. 3475). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel and quality control necessary to provide the Yellow Ribbon Event in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
