Description

This notice documents that the United States Department of Agriculture, APHIS, PPQ, SC, has awarded Contract No. 12639526C0021 to DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP, INC., on 04/20/2026 under the authority of FAR 6.302‑2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency.

Due to urgent mission requirements that would not permit the delay associated with full and open competition, the Government determined that it was necessary to proceed with an award using other than full and open competition. The circumstances requiring immediate action included:

• A critical and time‑sensitive operational need that required award prior to completing a full competitive process.

• A determination that any delay in award would result in unacceptable impact to agency operations, public health/safety, or statutory obligations.

• Confirmation that the contractor identified was capable of meeting the Government’s immediate needs within the required timeframe.

The total estimated value of this award is $1,241,991.70
