DLA Aviation at Ogden is seeking industry input for a long-term Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract supporting secondary and ground-based auxiliary power systems for a wide range of U.S. military aircraft and ground support equipment. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation, Ogden (OO-ALC) - OEM Highlight: - Honeywell International Inc. (HII) is the primary Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the majority of covered items - Aircraft and Equipment Supported: - A-10, B-1, B-2, E-3, F-15, KC-46, F-16, F-22, F-35, E-7, C-130, and ground start carts - Products Requested: - Approximately 300 Depot Level Repairable (DLR) items across 25 Federal Supply Codes (FSC) - Extensive list of engine and auxiliary power unit (APU) components, including: - Gas turbine engines (e.g., part numbers 3800000-7, 3800280-7-1, 3800599-1) - Starters, fuel controls, valves, pumps, gearboxes, housings, clutches, sensors, heat exchangers, and more - Many items identified by specific part numbers (see product line items for details) - Items may be added post-award, including advanced aircraft (F-22, F-35, KC-46) and foreign military sales support - Services Requested: - Full-spectrum PBL services: logistics management, repair, inventory and warehouse management, configuration and obsolescence management, training, and sustaining engineering - Notable Requirements: - Focus on reliability, availability, and daily service requirements - Contractor responsible for end-to-end logistics and performance outcomes - Potential for contract expansion after award - Period of Performance: - Five-year base period with one five-year option (up to 10 years total) - Place of Performance: - Hill Air Force Base, Utah (primary contracting and performance location)
