This opportunity seeks vendors to provide vending machine rental, products, and services for the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) locations in Montevideo and Silver Bay. - Government Buyer: - State of Minnesota, Department of Administration, Office of State Procurement (Admin/State Procurement) - Contact: Robb Mimbach - Products and Quantities: - One food vending machine and one beverage vending machine at each MDVA location (Montevideo and Silver Bay) - Machines must be manufactured in 2012 or later, ADA compliant, Energy Star certified, and use approved refrigerants - Machines must have a guaranteed delivery system; dairy products only from machines with health controls - Name-brand carbonated and non-carbonated beverages (20 oz bottles, 12 oz cans) and a variety of snacks (candy bars, chips, cookies, pastries, etc.) - Services: - Installation, operation, stocking, and maintenance of vending machines - Repair service required within 8 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends/holidays - Stocking to maintain at least 70% product availability - Removal coordination with 90-day notice - Unique Requirements: - Open to OEMs, authorized distributors, or manufacturers' representatives (not brokers) - Vendors must specify make, model, and year of machines offered - Emphasis on participation from Minnesota-based small businesses and those meeting diversity and inclusion criteria - Compliance with Minnesota workforce and equal pay certification requirements is mandatory - Estimated contract value: $30,000 for one year, with possible extension up to 24 additional months - Place of Performance: MDVA Montevideo and Silver Bay locations

This solicitation is a request for proposals to contract with a vendor to provide vending machine rental, products, and services at the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA).
