Lewis Street, Stillwater, OK 74074 - OEMs and Vendors: - Razorooter II™ (original equipment manufacturer) - Root X (original equipment manufacturer) - Equivalent products may be considered if approved by the City and registered with the EPA and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture - Products/Services Requested: - Application of chemical root control agents (e.g., Razorooter II™, Root X, or approved equivalent) to 6-inch and 8-inch sanitary sewer pipes - 6" Sewer Pipe Chemical Root Control Service (measured in linear feet) - 8" Sewer Pipe Chemical Root Control Service (measured in linear feet) - Chemical root control agent applied as foam under pressure - All labor, equipment, chemicals, and incidentals required for application - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Chemical agent must be EPA- and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture-registered and must not harm vegetation or disrupt wastewater treatment - Contractor must be a licensed pesticide application business with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture - Applicators must be certified with at least three years of experience and a minimum of 500,000 linear feet of treatments performed - Two-year guarantee on root control effectiveness, with re-treatment if regrowth occurs - Pollution liability insurance and performance bond required - Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including hazardous materials and traffic safety - Work to be performed during standard business hours, excluding weekends and holidays
