(RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will
not receive a response. The Government will not pay or reimburse any costs of preparing this
response. The Source’s Sought Notice is for market research purposes to make the
appropriate acquisition decision and gain knowledge of potential qualified vendors and their
Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North America Industry
Classification System (NAICS) 333310, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery, size
standard of 1,250 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7320, Kitchen Equipment and
Appliances.
The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, Portland Health Care System Food and
Nutrition Department is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested vendors who
can provide a Betterbuilt R640 Series Cart and Utensil Washer, Name Brand or Equal. The equipment will need assembly, installation, and scheduled maintenance. The customer will need training on
the equipment and features. The training must be onsite.
In addition, please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Excel spreadsheet for
specific details to this requirement. All responses must be completed directly within the Excel
spreadsheet.
To be eligible for award, a prospective vendor must be registered at the System for Award
Management (SAM) Interest site, www.sam.gov. Responses to this notice should be emailed,
