Description
The basic scope of work is as follows:
Replace carpet tiles within spaces: 6S13-04; 6S13-05; 6S13-03 and 6S13-02. Existing carpet is rolled and will need to be disposed of without additional cost to the government. Vendor will lift and/or relocate furniture; all furniture will be in their original location at the conclusion of the work. Vendor will be responsible for any security delays in accessing the campus and construction location. Background checks will be performed on all employees and sub-contractors. Vendor will provide options of a near match to existing building standard of which the government will select a single option. The carpet must meet all GSA, DHS and CG requirements, and industry practices. The work must be completed within one work-day at a mutually scheduled business day between the vendor and the government.
*Amplifying information, for this project it is ~1,300 sqft of carpet for carpet squares and a diagram of the area will be attached.
