Description

The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to collaborate with the City’s nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) partner, Business Impact Northwest, in the management of a local Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). The selected CBO will promote the RLF, help identify eligible small business loan recipients, and commit to undergoing the official CDFI certification process. Ultimately, the selected CBO is expected to take over sole management of the RLF. The project involves capacity building for the revolving loan fund managed by a nonprofit organization.
