Description
James Madison University (JMU) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified sources to provide environmental and industrial hygiene services, including asbestos and lead consultation, project design, management, inspection, monitoring, and testing. The contract is initially for one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The contractor will provide all necessary documentation, equipment, insurance, labor, materials, disposal, and supervision. The services are to be provided campus-wide at JMU, a public university in Harrisonburg, Virginia, with approximately 150 buildings on a 721-acre campus.
