Description

Montrose County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the management and operation of a year-round coffee concession located in the post-screening areas of the passenger terminal building at Montrose Regional Airport. The contract duration is two years with the possibility of a two-year extension, for a maximum total of four years. The concessionaire will be responsible for providing a variety of hot and cold beverages, breakfast and snack items, and related services consistent with flight schedules. The County will provide the concession space, utilities, janitorial services, and certain equipment, while the concessionaire must supply all other necessary items and maintain operations in compliance with applicable regulations.
