Description
The City of Unalaska is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to evaluate existing conditions and engineer all required improvements for the preparation of complete, biddable construction documents for the Unalaska Marine Center Dock resurfacing project. The selected consultant will develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates suitable for future competitive bidding. The project aims to resurface Dock Positions 5-7 to ensure a stable surface with improved drainage and a safe working area for dock workers and City Ports staff. The scope includes removal of existing concrete pavement and replacement with concrete brick pavers, with an additive alternate for resurfacing the entirety of Dock Positions 5, 6, and 7.
