Description

This solicitation is for modifications to the H-1 heaters at the Richmond Plant located at 3100 E. Venango Street, Philadelphia, PA. The contractor is required to provide labor, supervision, project management, materials, tools, and equipment to perform the modifications as detailed in Specification No. 3179. The scope includes removal and replacement of operator sheds, blowers, valve assemblies, installation of flow meters, and loading stations. A mandatory site survey is scheduled for May 7, 2026, and only vendors attending this survey are eligible to submit bids. Bids must be submitted electronically by May 21, 2026.
