Description
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites experienced and qualified firms and individuals to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) as the initial step in the selection process for a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Health Sciences Center of Excellence Project. The selection process is two-step, with this RFQ being the first step to rank and shortlist up to five top respondents for a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). The Construction Manager-at-Risk will be selected based on qualifications and best value in accordance with Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. Dallas College operates seven two-year community college campuses in Dallas County, Texas, and is the procuring entity for this project.
