NSWC Indian Head Division is seeking vendors to provide Integrated Command Modernization Support Services (ICMSS) across multiple Navy and Department of War entities. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) - Services Requested: - Comprehensive technology, engineering, program management, logistics, acquisition, and operations support - Network engineering (including 5G, SDN, RF) - Cybersecurity (ATO packages, SOC operations) - Cloud computing (AWS, Azure) - Software development - OT/IoT engineering - Security management (physical, personnel, INFOSEC, SCIF operations) - Program/project management - Personnel Requirements: - Secret or TS/SCI clearances required - Roles include Program Managers, Cyber Specialists, Network Engineers, Security Representatives - Scope and Locations: - Support for NSWC IHD, Navy ECMP program, NOSSA, other Naval Warfare Centers, Naval Sea Systems Command, and Department of War MIB community - Work performed at multiple federal facilities and military bases, including Indian Head, MD; Picatinny Arsenal, NJ; Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; Yorktown, VA; McAlester, OK - Unique Requirements: - Broad technical scope covering advanced networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions - Personnel with high-level security clearances - Support for multiple Navy and Department of War stakeholders - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are named in the solicitation

Services will be provided to NSWC IHD and its detachments, the Navy ECMP program, related Navy activities such as the Naval Ordnance Safety and Security Activity (NOSSA), other Naval Warfare Centers, Naval Sea Systems Command, and stakeholders within the Department of War (DoW) MIB community.
