Description
The Administration for Community Living (ACL) seeks to enhance workforce capacity in the National Aging Network by including dementia-capable Community Health Workers (CHWs). The initiative supports dementia-capable home and community-based services for people living with dementia and their caregivers, aiming to strengthen relationships with rural and underserved communities and address barriers to care.
