Description

The County intends to enter into a professional services agreement with the selected Consultant to execute Task Orders for specific work and services related to various projects involving right-of-way services. The project team should include a Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of the right-of-way process and an Acquisition Agent to handle acquisitions, with the possibility of these roles being combined. The County Attorney will provide title and closing services. The scope items form the basis for Task Orders, and the proposed fees will be used to determine fees for Task Orders upon award.
