Description
The Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation requires statistical information generated by the Workers Compensation Research Institute (WCRI) to measure the performance of the Florida Workers' Compensation System based on several benchmarks and comparisons to other states. This information will be used to fulfill the Division’s obligations regarding the State’s workers’ compensation system and to guide potential legislative changes to ensure system stability. The WCRI is the only known entity that compiles and publishes independent data for multiple states and produces CompScope reports used by policymakers. This is a notice of intended contract award for a single source contract, not a bid.
