Description
This solicitation is for the purchase of mitigation credits to offset wetland impacts for projects in the NWFWMD Regulatory Basin, specifically in the St. Andrews Bay Watershed. It is a 24-month term contract where the vendor agrees to furnish wetland mitigation bank credits on an as-needed basis to meet the Department of Transportation's mitigation needs on a per project basis.
