Description
The City of Clermont is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide continuing, as-needed concrete construction, repair, replacement, and restoration services for sidewalks, driveways, curbs, curb ramps, and related concrete improvements at various locations throughout the City. The contract is initially for one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis through individual work orders, each not exceeding $49,999. Contractors must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, traffic control, demolition, disposal, excavation, grading, forming, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, curing, restoration, and incidentals.
