Description
This notice announces the Department of Education's intention to submit an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection request related to Student Assistance General Provisions Subpart J concerning the approval of independently administered tests. The collection governs the application and approval of assessments used to measure students' skills and abilities for eligibility in Title IV student financial assistance programs.
