Description

This action proposes to amend Class D airspace and remove Class E4 airspace over Nashua, NH. It would remove Class E4 airspace extending upward from the surface for Boire Field Airport, Nashua, NH, as this airspace is no longer needed to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport. The proposal also includes replacing "Notice to Air Missions" with "Notice to Airmen" within the Class D airspace legal description to comply with current FAA guidance. Comments on this proposed rule must be received by June 15, 2026.
