Description

This notice announces that the Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, will submit the collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. The collection involves the application and appeal request form for the TSGLI program, which provides traumatic injury protection benefits to servicemembers. The forms are used by members or former members of the uniformed services to request or appeal TSGLI benefits.
