Description

Virginia Tech is providing a notice that the anticipated release/posting of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of the Improve Center Woods Complex Project is in the next couple of weeks. This project is a proposed approximately 26,000 GSF single story facility for the College of Natural Resources and the Environment – Department of Fisheries and Wildlife. The new facility, targeting LEED Silver, will include research/lab spaces, field support/storage spaces, office/collaboration spaces. The project includes demolition of several smaller buildings on-site and is located west of US-460 at the end of Inventive Lane (off Plantation Road).
