The Town of South Hill is requesting proposals for design and engineering services to extend its existing sewer infrastructure along the Route 1 North corridor. The project involves pre-development activities to develop a 'shovel-ready' project funded by a State Economic and Infrastructure Development (SEID) Grant from the Southeast Crescent Regional Commission (SCRC). The selected engineering firm may also be negotiated with for additional services including engineering/design, bidding assistance, construction administration, and inspection in a future construction phase.
