Chicago Public Schools' Department of Information & Technology Services (ITS) is seeking proposals for comprehensive field support services to maintain and support the district's standard computing infrastructure. - Government Buyer: - Chicago Public Schools - Department of Information & Technology Services (ITS) - Products and Services Requested: - Field support for desktop and laptop computers, tablets, interactive whiteboards, audio/visual equipment, business productivity software, and mobile computing devices - Support includes both hardware and system/business software, as well as Board applications included in standard device images - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Proposers must comply with Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation requirements - Submission of a signed and notarized execution page is required - Multiple proposers may be selected - Proposals must include cover letter, executive summary, cost proposal, references, financial statements, qualifications, insurance, licenses, and MBE/WBE compliance documents - Managed through the CPS Bonfire procurement portal

The Department of Information & Technology Services (ITS) seeks proposer(s) to provide field support services and support the Board’s standard approved computing infrastructure environment. This includes desktop/laptop computing hardware, tablets, instructional technology such as interactive whiteboards, audio/visual equipment, associated system software, business productivity software, and the Board’s applications that are part of the Board’s standard approved computing device images, mobile computing devices, and associated system software. The solicitation is open for proposals with a close date of May 7th, 2026.
